A message dated April 14, 2010, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
HJR 26 with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                  
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26(RES)                                                                           
     Urging the United States Congress to adequately fund land                                                                  
     surveys in Alaska in order to issue patents to the State of Alaska                                                         
     and Alaska Native corporations.
